Ben on a smoke break with us, his family, and his rose he was given by his grandaughter
Ben Shepherd was sitting with his family and crew. We stopped by to say hi, Meghan bought him a drink, and we ended up sitting with him for photos (which his family members took) and a brief talk.
A few minutes later, we noticed a fan in a Soundgarden shirt and helped introduce him to Ben, which then turned into us and a couple other fans hanging out with Ben in front of the hotel for about another 3 hours
Hiro and his wife joined us as we were talking with Ben in front of the hotel. We took a few pictures and Hiro signed our Rock Hall program. He also talked with Ben for a bit before leaving

Before the show got started, Meghan had a chance to meet and talk to André 3000 of Outkast.
She also gave him a hug, which resulted in this moment [in the video clip] during Outkast’s acceptance speech as Big Boi removes a Meghan-hair from Andre’s beard
